Does OLIPOP need to be refrigerated?
Yes, for maximum flavor and to preserve the live prebiotics and botanical ingredients, we recommend keeping your OLIPOP chilled at all times. It can, however, survive for short periods outside of the fridge during shipping.
How much sugar is in a can of OLIPOP?
Each can of OLIPOP contains between 2-5 grams of sugar, which is significantly lower than traditional sodas. We use natural sweeteners like cassava root syrup and stevia leaf.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days for a resolution.
